Note - You must pay an amount of Income tax and/or Capital Gains tax at least equal to the tax that the Charity reclaims on your donation(s) in in any tax year (currently we get another 28p for each £1 you donate). Should you stop paying tax in the future then you can cancel your declaration by contacting us.

If you pay tax at the higher rate you can claim further Tax Relief in your Self-Assessment Tax Return.

If you are unsure whether your donations qualify for Gift Aid tax relief then contact your local Tax Office and ask for Leaflet IR 65.

Company donations should be paid in full and the Tax relief claimed when calculating your profits for Corporation Tax purposes. You do not need to use the Website form.
