Ready to start your exercise journey AND raise money for charity?

Here you’ll find the 30-day challenge – where fitness meets philanthropy! Below we will share innovative ways to combine your passion for movement with meaningful fundraising efforts.

Did you know that being active can reduce your risk of breast cancer by around 20%. It’s thought that physical activity lowers the level of certain circulating hormones and reduces inflammation. This can help lower the likelihood of breast cancer developing and progressing. The NHS and World Health Organisation suggest at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week. But the more you do, the better.

Raise vital funds for breast cancer prevention research and take part in our 30-day challenge! Why not share your progress and stories too? Inspire others to join the movement and contribute to meaningful change. Join us as we explore exciting challenges that inspire action to help prevent breast cancer.
