Ingredients:
For Cranberries:
2 cups fresh cranberries
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
For Chicken:
6 organic chicken thighs
6 garlic cloves – minced
1 ½ tbsp chopped fresh rosemary (or 2 tsp dry rosemary)
1 tsp paprika
1/4 cup olive oil
1 lemon – juiced
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 large yellow onion – chopped
½ cup chicken broth or water
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Chicken is a healthy source of protein, an important part of a balanced diet and key to building and maintaining all types of body tissue, including muscle.
Cranberries are a source of polyphenols, plant compounds with potential antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anticarcinogenic effects.
