Surround yourself with supportive people:

Stay active:

Swap meeting at the pub for a social with meeting up to do an activity or outdoor adventure that doesn’t involve alcohol. Whether it’s hiking, yoga, or bike riding, staying active can provide alternative ways to unwind and have fun.

Try new Hobbies:

Explore new hobbies and activities that don’t revolve around alcohol, such as painting, cooking classes, or music lessons.

Practice self-care:

Focus on self-care by getting plenty of rest, eating well, and prioritizing activities that bring you joy and relaxation.
