We’re inviting your school to support our Breast Cancer Awareness campaign and act to prevent breast cancer by taking on one of our fundraising challenges.
Breast Cancer is the most common cancer in the UK. 1 in 7 women will be affected in their lifetime, meaning that many people we know will have been touched by breast cancer in some way.
Sadly, not all breast cancer cases can be prevented. But studies show that at least 30% of breast cancer cases could be prevented and by making changes to your lifestyle you can reduce your risk of getting breast cancer.
Breast Cancer UK is a UK charity that is dedicated to breast cancer prevention. We do this through scientific research to help us understand the causes of breast cancer and by helping people understand what they can do to reduce their own risk of developing the disease. We rely on the generosity of our supporters to make our work possible.
