Martin Holt and his brother, Andrew, are two special people bringing Christmas joy.

2020 was tough. Yes, we’ve said it before. But what made the difference was the kindness and generosity of people like them who helped raise vital funds to keep our work going.

And boy, did they do it with style. They were using over two thousand metres of light. For five weeks over Christmas, Royston in Hertfordshire was brimming with Christmas joy as they lit up their house and drove to raise money for us.

What did people have to say about it?

“The idea to raise some money for Breast Cancer UK was my brothers’, as a close friend of ours has gone through breast cancer. So we’ve had personal experience of it.

We also knew charities are having such a difficult time at present, in not being able to raise much-needed resources. For us, it seemed the best thing to do.

Plus, for the people who have visited, it’s put a smile on their faces, and we’ve had comments on how this was so needed which is what it was also intended to do.

We were astonished by how much money we managed to raise. It’s been amazing”

It is indeed amazing.  Martin and Andrew have raised over £4,300, which will help fund our vital work to prevent more people from being diagnosed with this terrible disease.

This video is a tribute to their wonderful gift to us all over Christmas.  We are so grateful to them and everyone who donated.  Together we can prevent breast cancer. Donate today.
