Please read all the information below before submitting your late breaking abstract

 

Submitting a late breaking abstract does not constitute registration for the Conference. If you submit an abstract, you must also register for the conference for it to be considered.

All applicants will be contacted after the deadline to inform them on whether their abstract has been accepted for a poster/oral talk.

Abstract submission

Abstracts should be written using Microsoft Word (or equivalent) and sent as an email attachment to [email protected] with the email subject heading ‘Breast Cancer Prevention Conference abstract’.

Your email attachment should be named ‘Breast Cancer Prevention Conference abstract_author name’

The deadline for late breaking abstract submissions is the 14th May 2025.

Abstract guidelines

  • Text should be typed single spaced using Calibri font, size 11
  • Titles should in size 12 and in Bold
  • All authors and corresponding addresses should be underneath the title. The name of the presenting author should be underlined
  • Abstracts should not exceed 300 words (excluding the title, authors and addresses)
  • No figures, tables or references should be included in the document

Other information

If you are a student and wish to be considered for the student support grant, please also indicate this in your email. You must submit a late breaking abstract before the deadline.
