Ingredients:
4 aubergines – cut into 1cm thick slices
4 tbsp olive oil
2 onions – chopped
3 garlic cloves – crushed
1 tbsp garam masala
2 tbsp flaked almonds
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
Pinch dried chilli flakes – optional
1 pinch cinnamon
600g passata
Salt and pepper
Aubergines are non-starchy vegetables; this group of vegetables may help decrease the risk of developing breast cancer.
