If you can, use organic ingredients for this recipe. Although we are unsure whether eating organic food reduces breast cancer risk, organic food contains less pesticide residue. Ingredients:
For chia pudding:
120 ml (½ cup) milk of choice
120 ml (½ cup) yoghurt of choice
2 tablespoons chia seeds
For Spiced Pear topping:
1 pear – cored and diced
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp ground ginger
½ tbsp brown sugar
½ tbsp water
Other toppings:
1 handful of nuts/seeds of choice (almonds, pumpkin seeds, etc.)

Chia seeds and pears are high in fibre. Studies have shown that a diet high in fibre is associated with a decreased breast cancer risk.
