Clélia is a global and public health management consultant, specialised in policy, advocacy and public affairs. She has spent the last five years advising African Ministries of Health on health financing and improving the management of health data. She also led the design of a data and knowledge platform, the Scorecard Knowledge Hub, launched in February 2021 by a Head of State. She has also been working with global pharmaceutical companies and trade bodies to engage with the U.K. government on health topics, including drug resistance, pandemic preparedness and reforming primary care. Clélia is a management consultant by background, having worked for several years in a top UK consulting firm (EY), specialised in health policy and strategy. During her time at EY she worked primarily with pharmaceutical companies and the NHS and was seconded to work in the Office for Life Sciences, part of the Department of Health. Clélia is also a visiting lecturer at Sciences Po Paris.
