If you can, use organic ingredients for this recipe. Although we are unsure whether eating organic food reduces breast cancer risk, organic food contains less pesticide residue. 85g (¼ cup) honey
1 tsp cinnamon
60ml (¼ cup) olive oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
Pinch of Salt
60g (½ cup) almonds – roughly chopped
200g (2 cups) rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
Why this is good for you
Almonds, oats and chia seeds are high in fibre. Studies have shown that a diet high in fibre is associated with a decreased breast cancer risk.
