For this year’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’ve got some exciting new resources and ideas to help you immerse yourself in all things breast-friendly.

We’ve devised an interactive quiz to help you assess whether you’re doing the right things to help reduce your risk of getting breast cancer. And we’re teamed up with Riverford Organic Farmers to bring healthy recipes to tickle your taste buds. Not to mention our brand new website with lots of new information.

Here’s how you can get involved:

Sharing is caring.

Share our breast cancer prevention advice and tips with your friends and family and across social – we have lots of practical advice and information in our new about breast cancer and our expanded Reduce Your Risk sections,

Support our Lunch For Life campaign.

A healthy diet is key to reducing your risk of breast cancer, so this month, we are asking you to eat a healthy lunch during your day. Check out our top tips and tasty recipes you can try.

Take on a fundraising challenge or run your own event.

To raise awareness and funds – check out our fundraising pages for inspiration and ideas.

We’ll be posting lots more on our social accounts during the month. Including running competitions to win free stuff with our friends Lemon-aid, Beeswax Wraps and Riverford Organic Farmers. Make sure you follow us on:
