Head of Philanthropy

Salary: £43,884 - £52,586 (depending on experience)

Hours: 35 per week

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic fundraising leader to shape and deliver a new long-term high value giving strategy. You’ll have a track record of successfully initiating, managing and developing relationships with High-Net-Worth individuals and businesses and securing donations and grants, via proposals or through face-to-face meetings.

Salary: £53,046 - £64,174 (depending on experience)

Hours: 35 per week

The Director of Fundraising and Communications will provide strategic leadership to a talented and motivated team, delivering an ambitious programme to grow income from a diverse range of supporters. With a strong emphasis on philanthropy, legacies and corporate partnerships, the role will play a central part in diversifying income streams to support long-term sustainability and growth.
